Automating to create value

Automated processes

Average percentage of automation

The number of repetitive processes performed (partially or entirely) in manual mode in the business context highlights the need to automate certain streams, with the aim of creating savings and making staff purely and exclusively an added value for the company.

Decisions and actions

We launched a large-scale cross-departmental initiative with the aim of using RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to automate a large number of low value-added processes performed manually by in-house or external personnel.

The development of robot software has generated a virtuous circle that allowed us to re-engineer inefficient processes, reduce execution times, bring the error rate down to zero and track all processes in a timely manner.

At the same time, it was possible to redistribute staff previously allocated to these processes within new streams that need a higher quality contribution.
