Bip supported a Global Automotive Manufacturer in the solution design and related implementation of a global tool to track vehicles positions in the dealerships’ premises during Sales and Aftersales processes.

Bip designed the solution starting from a high-level design of the desired Customer Experience, scouting the possible technical solutions and drafting the supporting architecture model. Lessons learned:
