Automotive – vehicles dealership tracking

Background

Bip supported a Global Automotive Manufacturer in the solution design and related implementation of a global tool to track vehicles positions in the dealerships’ premises during Sales and Aftersales processes.

Decisions and actions

Bip designed the solution starting from a high-level design of the desired Customer Experience, scouting the possible technical solutions and drafting the supporting architecture model. Lessons learned:

  • High technical and organisational flexibility required, in order to adapt to each dealership

  • Deep analysis of the dealership locations and possible legal/bureaucratic constraints

  • Adaptability of the technological solution to fit into different global scenarios in terms of requirements and restrictions.
