In a highly competitive market environment, the largest multi-utilities in central Italy asked Bip for support in defining the strategy and master plan for the evolution of CRM processes and application systems.

The activities carried out to support the client have covered all 1\the indispensable areas for the production of the transition plan, and have included: the assessment of the initial situation, the study of a new business strategy in relation to operational processes and objectives, the definition of the new application map that includes the applications of the platform, the analysis of the costs business plan for the transition to, the definition of the implementation Master Plan and the definition of the RFP document for the system integration tender.


The result of our collaboration has allowed the customer to have all the correct information for the managerial decision making of the transition program to SalesForce, with an investment of several million euros and a program plan of about 3 years.
