The client is a leading financial player on Capital Markets and Post Trade services with a Group structure resulting from multiple M&A operations that were leading to a massive diversification of the services offered, to rapid growth rates, but also to Finance processes and systems only partially covering the new and upcoming business needs.

We performed a full check up and maturity evaluation of the entire Finance area for all Group companies (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Accounting, Planning & Reporting, Treasury) and focusing on all the relevant dimensions: organization, processes and technology enablers
Thanks to the outcome of the analysis and to the comparison with world-class benchmarks, BIP defined a Finance transformation program based on 12 main streams and including:
quick wins to be immediately deployed for risks mitigation on the most urgent areas
medium and long term actions including the definition of a single instance ERP to be implemented across the Group.
Start-up of an evolution journey for Finance processes and systems thanks to new integrated solutions in line with the upcoming business challenges for the Group.
