The project has been designed to help Research, Development and Quality Department evolve into new career paths and role evolution. The challenge was about helping technical People to shape their professional profiles driven not only by technical skills but also by digital and innovation capabilities such as networking, contamination and collaboration, knowledge by exchange and business acumen. Together with our Customer we co-designed a new career path to boost RDQ capabilities and adapt them to a new platform-model transition.

Results
