Our client is been promoting its business by focusing on the Person (members, customers and collaborators) and its commitment lies precisely in providing products and services that can produce benefits and advantages and increase the economic, social and cultural value of the whole community. As a part of the initiatives carried on for the development of the organization and its people, our client has set the goal of achieving the B-Corp certification.

Results:

Together with the Customer we have co-designed a strategic B-Corp framework and shaped a series of initiatives including but not limited to: social volunteering portal project to boost the principles of mutuality in the territory; positive management project to spread the concept of positivity as a decisive element for the growth of the organization and the satisfaction and well-being of people; D&I project to neutralize gender gap; professional roles mapping to enable reskilling and People evolution.
